I have seen a steady decline in the atmosphere here , people that live here seem to be able to do whatever they want, play loud music all hours of the night, throw beer cans all over the property, and if you complain, all they say is "Ill send them a letter" and nothing is ever done. The maintenence people seem to do as little as they have to to fix problems, they really cut corners and try to patch things up instead of fixing it the proper way!I wonder what Harrison and Lear would think if they came and inspected some of the shoddy work that is done here, to their property.
