This used to be a good place to live, but since the manager has let some nasty, trashy tenants in, it's going downhill fast There's roaming bands of teenagers roaming around every night and they run their mouths at all hours at full volume. Some of the tenants and their kids are so noisy and cause so much trouble they get moved from their old apartment to a new apartment but that doesn't solve nothing. The problem is still there only moved to a new location All the manager does is socialize and if she don't like you nothing in your place will be fixed.
