This is our second time living here. We lived here when we first moved here and at the end of our lease went somewhere else due to price. Well, in Hampton, you get what you pay for. We moved to the Ghetto and realized that an entire management company (WMCI) is worthless.

Hampton Center is a nice, clean community. Parking on the Auburn side can sometimes be a pain, but small sacrifice for the sense of securtiy you get. The neighbors are friendly, and approachable. Maintenance is great, and we've never had a problem with insects. The 2 bed/2 bath's kitchen is TINY, (you'd have more room in a matchbox), you can't stand infront of the oven to open it!

Overall it's a nice place to live, and when our lease is up we are going to part ways with our roommate, and move into a smaller apartment here.
