The area overall is nice, although my neighbor and my cars were broken into. We've basically chalked it up to the fact that bad things happen everywhere. That's about the nicest part about it though. I live on the second floor and I can hear every single thing that my upstairs neighbor drops. The parking is absolutley horrendous. I also pay up the wazoo for a tiny apartment. When I was shown the model of the place before I moved in, I asked to see the actual apartment before I moved in because I didn't want to get screwed. She told me that because it was being fixed up, I couldn't however, my apartment would be exactly the same as the model except that it was going to be a mirror image of it because it was on the opposite side. I took her word for it and guess what' I got screwed. Just be advised....
