I have lived here for 4 yrs now. Initially I loved it here. But in the past 4 years, they have had major turn-overs in the office and now the office is full of young women with no clue. If something goes wrong in your apt. fix it yourself cause it will never be done by this new maintenance crew.
The apt they show you is not the apt you get, plus they wont allow you to view the inside of the apt you're renting before moving in. Now I know why. My ceiling still has a patch job that left a hole in the ceiling. They have yet to repair it and I've been in this apt almost a year.
This complex has gone from being dat chit, to be really chitty. So...take if form one who knows. DO NOT MOVE HERE its not worth all the money you'll be paying.

I'm still currently stuck in this horrible place. And reading your review I have to suspect that you are part of the incompetent management team. This place is horrible, and I am sick and tired of people saying that I should expect people to not know how to do their job. Seriously, I think your wearing some rose colored glass, or you dont want to admit you made a mistake moving here. And I find it hard to believe that you would feel safe in a complex where theres gunfire all the time, a couple was held up at the dumpster of all places, cars are constantly being broken into, theres a con man walking the grounds yet the management doesn't feel theres any need to warn the residents that this guy is here, and incoming vehicles have to be careful because the management is too incompetent to realize that a stop sign is needed for vehicles coming from the parking lot to the exit. I have come close to having an accident about 5 times now, and they always look at you like its your fault, but incoming track can't STOP in the middle of executive drive. Common sense here people. And the office staff can't tell their head from the rear ends. nothing gets done unless you go straight to the manager, and the fitness center equipment has been broken or is very old and in need of replaceing since I moved in. And I give you a few more months to realize this place is ghettosville... that is, if you haven't already.

I have to agree with wetnwild. There is gunfire. My car was broken into. We're getting outta here.

I think wetnwild missed the point the original poster said DO NOT MOVE HERE in caps.... why would someone on the management team say that....

The argument from wetnwild is dead on true. It is obviously a mis-post. Looks to me like an accident, meant to put it on another response! I too have had run-ins with the con man. The police are aware of him and are trying to find him!
