Lived in Hampton Center for 4 months, and had to deal with incompetent management and a maintenance department that can't seem to be able to figure out how to do so much as repair a florescent light fixture. Only one parking spot per apartment, leaving people with two or more cars the option of competing for twenty guest parking spots or parking on the street. In addition to the light, I've had to wait 4 months to get my bathroom floor repaired (was known before moved in, was promised to get fixed by end of march, took till June), cable outlets fixed, sink uplugged 2x, AC 3x, and a Window 2x. I have been insulted and threatened by the office staff, who seem unwilling to do anything that takes more effort to talk in their (working) AC office.
