I don't know how that side is run, but if you ever get the opportunity come stay a night over here on the Terrell lane side. I have lived here for 2 years and have always had a problem with maintenance. Well not so much the maintenance as the office staff not putting in the work orders. After the third call, i would have to go in and threaten to go to Great Atlantic to get my workorders placed. We have gunshots over here and parties in the down stairs apartment EVERY night. And weekends there are about 5 different parties going on and most take place on their balconies. You say to remember that this area is a college area, but some of us have little kids that get terrified when they hear loud yelling, voices, and music coming from the floor. When asked to keep it down they get mad and threaten you and your whole family. And people have to sleep. Lets face it, when its 1:30 in the morning and you can't get people to be quiet so you can sleep, theres a deffinit problem.Come to our getto side and see if your still singing that tune. And the windows are not insulated at all. I probably waste about 50 dollars a month on electricity because of the HORRIBLE insulation.

I lived on the Terrell Side for 2 years, and i never had problems like that. Maintenance has always been GREAT, and the parties, aside from HU kids turning the leasing office into a club (which has been stopped), have never been an issue. I'm sorry i left. The Auburn side bothers me and i lived there for 1 year. Take it for what you will.
