I mean I dont have any complaints about the place really. Although an old friend of mine car window was busted. And notices being put on your door due to discrepancies on the management end, I think that is a little embarrasing when you know you made the payment cuz you set an allotment up. But I do think this is a decent place to stay compared to the whole hampton roads area period. norfolk is just to daamne ghetto unless you are comfortable. I think if you wanted a better place to stay you would consider paying a lil more than what you pay for hampton center or just move to VA Beach. You are really never gonna have a perfect place to stay unless you want to really come out your pocket. I mean I feel bad for the other tenants that had bad experiences. My "old friend" I dont really care that his window was busted cuz, I'm just mad that whoever did it, beat me to it. But me personally I never had any maintenance problems or problems with my neighbors. I stayed on the Auburn side though, but they really do need to change how they do business about them notices cause that shyt just isnt a good look at all when you just about all your tenants to have notices on their doors. That just means somethings with management.
