First and foremost, the apartments here are beautiful.Getting old and need to be updated but for the most part the floorplan is nice. But I have to say that the staff is very unorganized and immature which doesn't help when all you really want is answers or something to be done and plus the staff changes weekly. I live on Terrell Lane and the noise from the ambulance, police and the nursing home definately takes some adjusting to. I want to pull my hair out. My son wakes up all the time due to traffic and especially the ambulance sirens that always go off particularly late night hours. Oh and one more thing every time someone goes up and down the stairs your whole entire apartment will shake and its so LOUD!!
My neighbor was just robbed at gun point a few days ago. I heard things before I moved in but took my chances anyway. Thats a little scary !
The kids out here will chase you down and if they are in the middle of the road don't expect them to move without threatning you first. Don't ask where their parents are...I think they live here too. Who knows. Maintenance isn't so bad. I think that they are understaffed. When they do come out, they are really nice. Overall it not worth the money and I won't be renewing my lease, or recommending this place to friends.
