the apartment altogether is nice. But when i moved in they tried to change the rent price seventy dollars. The apartment that i moved into was falling apart. I still have yet to get everything fixed. maintance is nice they will do anything that they can to get the job done. As far as the rent yeah well...... it sould be alot cheeper. don't come in late night you will never find a spot on terrell. Parties all the time. Wanna go to sleep on friday and saterday' never!!!!!
