I lived in a one bedroom on the Auburn lane side for not even a year and I hated it. They make it seem so nice and upscale, but its really not. My neighbors were awful, lots of loud base at 1am every night, trash left all over the landing. My AC didn't work for 3 months straight in the middle of summer, and maintenance (when I FINALLY got to speak to them) said that if its not above 90 degrees its not an emergency and I have to wait. WTF?? I have a 4 year old child and pets, I can't have my apartment that warm. Another major maintenance issue I had was the lock on both the balcony and my front door were loose, as in about to fall out of the door, and they did not ONCE come and look at it despite repeated requests.

And the harrasment was terrible. Rent and water seemed to vary in cost from month to month, and several times I was about 1-2 dollars off, so they left threatening messages on my door saying I would be evicted. It was ridiculous!

And they are the ONLY place around that costs so much money that doesn't include ANY utilities in the rent.

Parking was a disaster. I lived on the 3rd floor (NEVER AGAIN) and the morons who lived on the first floor always parked the closest, and took up at least 3 spots each with cars and motorcycles, most of which never moved. It was supposed to be decal controlled, but when I got married and asked for a decal for my husband, they said they don't use them anymore.

I was so unhappy there I broke my lease and moved early. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst ENEMY, let alone a friend.
