The office staff is a bunch of young girls who don't know what they are doing. We had to call 4 times to get maintenance to come fix our dishwasher...FINALLY they brought a new one. Our refrigerator kept leaking and they kept trying to "fix" it...FINALLY brought us a new fridge then forgot to bring the ice maker and had to wait another 3 weeks for that. The water heater busted and wet the whole floor around it. The maintenance came down and used OUR towels to try to "dry" it up then it busted again...so he came down again using our towels and then brought a fan to "dry" up the area....now they are wanting to charge us for new carpet claiming that they smell dog...MY DOG IS KENNEL TRAINED.....
THe office manager is sorry. My roommates little boy accidentally locked his bedroom door then proceeded to climb under his bed where he got stuck between his kiddie bed and floor. My roommate called the office to see about getting maintenance to come unlock the door so she could get to her screaming son and they told her the office doesn't have keys to the apartments and that it would be at least an hour before someone could come out there. Well she had to get a neighbor to come to bust down the door to get him. When she got in there his head was stuck between the floor and bed.
The parking sucked... people parked all along the sides of the road and it was hard to maneuver in and out and there were PLENTY of parking only a few feet away. We were told that they were going to start towing cars....NEVER HAPPENED!!
The area to walk the dogs (which isn't much) was flea infested. My dog has NEVER had fleas before and the whole time we lived there she was flea infested. She now has NONE!!
My car gotten broken into and called to report to office and they told me there was nothing they could do.

The office manager, ---------, is young herself but seems to make attendants feel stupid and dumb.
