- i have lived here four years and have seen it go from typical apartment life to ghetto
- the office is a revolving door of managers and office staff that don't seem to stay here long enough to learn the computer system
- maintenance always seems "put out" when expected to do their jobs
- there is no such thing as preventative maintenance you have to put in work orders to get the saplings out of the gutters.
- some buildings have no lights in the stairwells so after dark good luck finding the keyhole in your door.
- neighborhood kids run around without any supervision no respect for other tenants
- people that don't live here use the car wash and vacuum that comes out of your water bill each month
-certain parts of the complex are not kept clean, mowed or well lit
- whomever cleans the vacuum out just dumps it behind the carwash so it smells like wet dog hair all the time and the trash flies around the parking lot.
- neighbors are often drinking in public and will yell at you like construction workers on a job site
- everytime i leave i pray my apartment doesn't burn down or get broken into
- everytime i'm home i pray my car doesn't get keyed or broken into.

if you can afford to live somewhere else- do it.
