I don't even know where to start. Another dissatisfied renter who can not wait until lease is up. Parking is a joke. There are motorcycles in car spaces, taking up room from everyone else. Cars who never move. Not enough spaces. You will find your parking well on the other side of the housing for a spot then have to walk through a non lit area to your apartment. Not sound proof. You can hear your neighbors go up and down stairs at any hour of the night. People lurking around. There is a 10 pm policy, if your neighbors can hear your tv or anything else you must lower it but even when its at a low volume anyone can here through these paper thin walls. I have been here almost a year and have only seen them cleaning up around the complex once. Safety hmm? Not here. I hear gun shots at night. There is no visible security guard here yet the staff says there is. The building is not up to date and apartments are trashy and constantly have something breaking. I don't know what Maintenance does all day because you can never find one doing there job. If something breaks your in trouble. Finally the staff, wow what a mistake I made moving here. The manager is very "professional" and when I say that, I say it with sarcasm. Around your husband she is one thing but her attitude sure changes when his wifey is there. Because of her attitude I now have to be with my husband every time he needs to go to the office so she will act with the professionalism she was asked of her when she got this job. I think you should seriously reconsider is this was an option.
