I have lived at Hampton Center since December and I have not not had a single problem with my apartment maintenance has always been polite and on time with the maintenance. I would definitely recommend the apartments to anyone of my friends in fact my friend and his wife live there and they love it. I cant believe some of the things people say like the people from RI if you don't like it that much then move back to RI. They also are moving into decal controlled parking which will take care of alot of the riff raff that trys to come here. As for the trash on the property i always see maintenance picking trash up every morning so for those who say there is always trash on the property

The same mountian dew can has been in the back of my building for 4 days and was there this morning when I left. Im not sure if it is still there but I dont it moved now. with the comment just move im sure its the same Maintenance person who told me the same thing and to stop B*itching about my floors because they werent that bad. Dont bother moving here its really not worth the aggrivation

LMAO this is a part of the staff Im sure, this place is a hell hole ! ride through here 10pm on the Auburn Lane side and the Terrell lane side , you can see for ourself it is not a good place to live unless you are accustom to living in the ghetto or unless you are apart of the problem ie: you play loud musice bass late at night , hang out in front of the building looking suspicious with other crazy looking people buying or selling drugs or you just arent used to better! I hate living here and sadly I still live here until my lease is up the end of the year. DONOT MOVE HERE!!! Parking is also bad

Yes the maintenance people are usualy polite but getting things fixed on time, now that's a joke! I don't think it is necessarily their fault, I think it is more the office staff. I don't know how many times I have to call that office to get things fixed. After the second or third time you call they act like it is your fault that they have no record of you calling. How hard is it to write the information down. Then when you go in and talk to the manager she is just as bad as the office staff.

living in the ghetto huh if you think hampton center is a joke head to down town hampton or newport news thats the ghetto this place is far from ghetto sure you have people here that bring guests that are trash but you cant control who people being in and out

this place is ghetto ... unless you have never known whats its like to live in a place where they actually fix this that break in a timely manner or that you dont have to walk past trash all over the the place, Im tired of picking up after slobs out here. Also parking is a joke , its dark and never enough . They should go back to at least assinged 1 parkiing like it was when i moved here.
