I moved into Hampton Center almost a year ago under a 12 month lease. My first issue was with pet odors in my carpet from the previous tenent. I notified the rental office, they scheduled another cleaning. When the odor didnt go away I told them again and I had brand new carpet and padding the next week. That was probably the only serious issueI had in my stay here. YES I agree the parking is bad, there is a lot of noise at night but...I never had to park so far that I couldnt see my apartment so people that complain about that are probably just lazy. As for the noise, I work odd hours so most of the time it didnt matter but when it did bother me I just politely went and talked to the neighbors and they would lower the level. The police car belongs to an officer and he lived across from me for most the time I lived there. He was very polite and it made me feel better living there. Now, Hampton is not the greatest city in itself but Hampton Center Apartments are probably the nicest, largest apartments in the area for the price you pay. The staff was GREAT and I never once had a problem with managemet. I even had to move out early because I changed locations when I work and the transit was too far. I explained my situation to the office manager and I was let out of my lease under special circumstances with no problems or penalties at all. I will move back to Hampton Center apartments for sure when my job takes me back to that area! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

No, I dont work there at all and anyway I can prove that I will. Hell I probably still have stray mail there unit 3205. Im in the Navy sure as hell dont work at an rental office.
