If you live somewhere long enough you might be over staying your visit. You are living in apartment location, not townhouses nor a house and of course there are going to be loud noise complaints. I guess you should treat people the way you want to be treated and maybe you will get things done within your apartment. My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with the property manager and the maintenance crew. Also, I have 2 little yokie-poos and since we are signing the lease there is no pet deposit while their special rates are going on. They also submitted everything in the lease and I will never have to pay a pet deposit and like most apartment complexes the rent doesn't go up 100.00 when you re-sign. It might go up about 15-20 dollars with the same rates as when you first signed your initial lease.

We resigned our lease and our rent went up 100 dollars , just resigned on the 1st of may 2009 dont know who told you the rent wont go up
