This place is unorganized, rude, and over-priced. They are over 20 years old and it def. shows. $1000 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath that is less than 1000sq ft. We just moved into our 2 bedroom 1 bath a few months ago and everything has been a MESS since the start. We were supposed to be moving into a 2 bedroom 2 bath but that wasn't ready on the day we were supposed to sign our lease so we settled for the 2 bedroom 1 bath and that apartment was not ready either. We had no screen on our windows ( they are making new ones 3 months later) the tub is VERY dirty and the mat is pealing up, the shower head is disgusting, our stove didnt work when we moved in, then they fixed that and the burners are all lop sided. the doors to the washer and dryer are all messed up and off the track, the towel rack was off when we moved in and has yet to be fixed, our ceiling had a leak and was sagging and pealing and pieces were falling off, well they stopped the leak but our wonderful ceiling still looks the same. The only thing they have fixed on our 5 day list is the stove not turning on and the leak in the ceiling. Our ac broke they other week and it took them 3 90 degree days to fix it (and i have 2 small children) it was terrible. I hate this place. I can't wait until we move out. They can never do anything right or fix anything or have your apartment nice, but be late on your rent and they will not hesitate to put a notice on your door. On top of allllll of this crap there was a shooting over here in the complex and some break ins--- i would never recommend this over priced old falling apart place to ANYONE. and as soon as we can we are out of here... good luck everyone else hopefully you will have a better experience.
