I've been here about a year & a half. Initially, my husband & I lived in a one bedroom, and recently moved to a two bedroom. The two bedroom was a MESS when we moved in. They caulked over everything in the bathroom - like the mildewed grout & the sink'!'! The maintenance are nice guys but they evidentally can't keep up w/ all the problems at this complex. I had to practically beg for 2 months for a drip pan for my stove (which wasn't there when I moved in). My toilet stopped flushing & I basically stalked the front desk for 2 weeks...I called/visited them at least 12 times & 1.5 months later...they have yet to come look at my damn toilet! I fixed it myself. People don't clean up after their pets & no one can figure out how to use the trash compactor, so trash is inevitably piled outside the dumpster - in July heat. In the one bedroom, my neighbor's water heater leaked & my kitchen cabinets were soaked & moldy...it took them 3 months to replace 2 of the 3 wet cabinets - they left one. This place is a mess. I'm so glad to be moving...it's totally worth the $900 to break the lease.

Can you say anything bad about me? No you can't. I paid my rent on time and always kept my area clean. You were rude to me and my wife and the only time anything got done was when I called my 1st Sgt to get your office people to pass the job to maintenance. I do apologize for posting your name though.

Hold up...false information????? None of what I posted was false. In fact, I thought I was rather pragmatic. I wasn't rude and I'm not quite sure what you would comment about me because I'm not perfect, but I pick up after my dogs, I'm quiet, I dispose of my trash (in a dumpster), I'm clean, I pay my rent, and I'm polite to the office staff...so comment away. Also, I dealt with this "professionally," because I know people that look at this site for a realistic view of potential residences...it's only fair that they see the side opposing what is advertised. Mind you, I didn't bash you personally (being that I don't know who "you" are)...maintenance is slow, my 2nd apartment was filthy, and other tenents are lazy. Really, that was the basis of my point.

yeah HAMPTON CENTER SUCKS ASS AND EVERYTHING THE LADY POSTED ABOUT MAINTENANCE IS TRUE AND THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AS ---- AND YEAH I WOULD HAVE PUT YOUR NAME ON HERE CUZ YOU SUCK OVER PRICED OLD APARTMENTS THAT SUCK AND MAINTENANCE ARE TO BUSY SMOKING AND STANDING AROUND TALKING AND NOT DOING THEIR JOB THAT THEY APPLIED FOR. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 3 YEARS AND YEAH IT SUCKS GUNSHOTS AND STUFF AND THEN THE POLICE OFFICER DONT DO NOTHING HE JUST GOES OUT AND PARTIES ALL NIGHT AND IF HE DID DO HIS JOB THERE WOULDNT BE NO PROBLEMS OUT HERE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE LOL.THE REASON ITS TRASH IN FRONT OF THE TRASH CAN IS THE CAN IS FULL AND THERE IS ONLY ONE LITTLE DUMPSTER OUT HERE FOR LIKE 6 OR MORE UNITS LOL AND THEN IT TOOK 3 DAYS FOR ME AND WIFE TO GET OUR AC FIXED IN JUNE HEAT WITH 2 KIDS AND MY WIFE WAS PREGNANT AT THE TIME AND THE REASON IT TOOK SO LONG WAS BECAUSE THE HEAD MAINTENANCE WORKER WAS OFF AND SHE DIDNT WANT TO COME IN TO WORK. BUT THAT IS CLASSIFIED AS AN EMERGENCY ON THEIR LEASE LOL BUT YEAH WOULDNT MOVE IN HERE AGAIN ILL SLEEP IN MY CAR IF I HAVE TOO BEFORE I MOVE BACK TO THAT HORRIBLE PLACE SO YEAH DONT FALL INTO THEIR MOVE IN FOR FREE BULL I TELL YOU THIS CUZ I KNOW AND HAVE DEALT WITH THIS AND I WISH THIS KIND OF TREATMENT ON NO ONE
