I have lived here THREE years!! I L-O-V-E-D this place when I moved in. I am single so when I chose a complex I looked at the security part of the complex the hardest! And... this place had it! Three years later, a litany of complaints en sue...

- I find myself clinching my pocket book and almost running into my apartment.
- My fellow residents are now rude, loud, ghetto and there was a robbing right in front of my building just the other week.
- I've seen people come and go... there have been about 4 different residents that have moved into 1 particular apartment and then moved right out, they stay about 6 months and that's it!
- One lady had a 2 foot snake, living with her in her apartment, WHICH WASN'T HER PET, and she lived on the second floor. How did that get there?
- There are about 6 vacant apartments in my vicinity where the people just up and moved. I know because I'm like one of the longest residing residents in this vicinity...
- I have complained about the SAME thing since I moved in here and it has yet to be fixed!! All they want to do is cover it up with paint.
- It feels like my floor is buckling near the fireplace and they haven't fixed it.
- When something does get fixed... I have to put in 4 - 5 work orders before it is addressed.
- My rent got raised in the middle of a lease for late payment, okay (that's fine, if it's EVEN in the lease)... but the incompetent office worker told me that it was a 5% penalty but by my calculations it was an 18% increase. For what you get here, the rent should begin at $500.
- I even had one of the maintenance guys tell me that they, the apartment complex, try to put off things hoping that the residents won't complain. He said that he hoped that they would let him do more than just put tape around a leaking pipe. WTF??
- The appliances are old... TERRIBLY old!
- For as much as you pay... the dag-on washer and dryer should come standard, but they're not so... tack on an additional $50 - $60 for that.
- The trash builds up, FREQUENTLY!!! Why not put a second trash compactor on the grounds to prevent this from happening?

UGH!! In short... this complex sucks!! I am considering breaking the lease!!
