I have lived in "the Harbors" for almost 2 years now. I have enjoyed my stay and encourage other college students to apply for residency. However, there is an ant problem (especially for 1st floor apartments, and my car was over taken by ants) and the college students can get loud at times. Yet, I still love to convenience of the location (directly adjacent to Hampton University). I give it a 4.
