Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
True, it is convenient to live across from campus, but at what cost!

Now it is mandatory to buy a $50,000 policy for renters insurance, the place is nasty, mgmt is rude, locals shoot in the air, and a bullet has even gone through my friend's window! I've never seen so many ants in my life! Trust me, its not worth it.
