I lived in the harbors for almost 4 and a half years and my time here was enjoyable for the most part. My apartment was never broken into. My car was never towed and maintenance always came in a timely manner, sometimes within a half an hour of me calling. Of course there is the whole college rowdyness issue but that is how college kids act so you can only complain to an extent being right next to a college; it comes with the territory. I did have a small ant problem but once the exterminators came the problem became nonexistant. Like another poster said you're not going to get this spacious of a floor plan anywhere else for this low price which includes a washer and dryer in your unit. Parking can be a problem during the school year between the hours of 7:50 am and maybe 5 pm. Sometimes I've had to park really far away from my apartment and that was a real hassle. Another problem was that people go up and down the stairs really loudly and also you can sometimes hear your neighbors toilet flush but it really wasn't that serious. I would say that it has been quite an experience. I'll be leaving with lots and lots of memories good and bad but that's life...
