My son has lived in the Harbors for a year. I visit frequently and have contacted maintenance about several issues and know they haven't been forth coming with taken care of the issues. Being a parent and reporting issues that go unresolved, can you imagine what the students go through. Whenever my sons tells me there is a problem, I call immediately. I would suggest that any parent who pays their student rent, to visit frequently and stay on top of things.

The students now get only 1 decal and 1 parking pass for visitors. A new visitor pass cost $50 if you lose a pass. My vehicle was towed and it cost me a $120. Also washer & dryers do not come with the apartments, but can be rented for an extra charge of $50 per month.

I have had nothing but courteous responses from the rental office. They seem to be very professional and respectful when I have called and visited. It is good and convenient for the location.

I have done some research and have found there are apartments located within miles of the campus that offer more amentities than the Harbors for the same price. I only wish they offered 3 or 6 month lease agreements also.

I would give them a B- to C .

Do you know of any other apartments that offer more amenities than the harbors. I currently stay here and I WANT OUT!!! lol!
