The apartments themselves are nice- hardwood floors and great for small families.
But I'm going to have to agree with the other comments- it is the WORST place I've ever lived! Repairs are ignored and there is a lot of people (young people) who don't work and hang outside all day and all night.
The grounds are cared for in some courts but the others need grass and the playgrounds may as well be removed because they don't seem to care if the kids actually have a swing.
I moved there due to time restraints and how easy it was to get in.
Do yourself a favor and plan your move so you don't get stuck with a place like that!

I have been living here for a year and 2months now. i agree that the majority of the tenants do not work and hang out all around the complex all day and night. the management and maintenance team are wonderful. except for the the one time that they misplaced my rent. the place is roach infested and the plumbing sucks. kids hang out all times of the night and just think we have the summer to look foward too. dont dare make a complaint against yor neighbor for being to loud, smking weed in front of your door (not their own) spitting in front of your door, braking beer bottles in front of your door, oh id i mention that the front of my door looks like an ashtray not to mention underneathe the stairs is used for a restroom. again management and maintenance does a great job. its the tenants that need to step it up!!!
