Maintenace... Lets see they wont come fix anything in your apartment. When they do show up, they look around say they will be back and never return. If you call the rental office a dozen times maintenance may come back and do a rush job, that trust me, is very shabby. Speaking on the rental office, well they clean up nice but their attitudes are the worst. They look at you as if you are getting on their nerves when you complain that your living conditions arent up to standard. Then I had one of the ladies in the office even raise her voice at me. Not to mention they are flat out liars. They promised me that they would paint my apartment if I would renew my lease, foolishly I agreed and then she had the audacity to tell me it wasnt going to happen. I just feel as if the management treats me as if they really dont care and I feel they want me to just suck it up or move. They dont really care to keep us tenants happy. GOOD WORD OF ADVICE: DONT GET MIXED IN WITH HARBOUR SQUARE
