Kensington Square is a very nice apartment complex. In Hampton, it's hard to find a good place in a nice area for cheap- so of course it's expensive. We have some bugs- not crazy like in Joe's apartment or anything. The roaches around here are not because of uncleanliness- they're wood roaches native to the area, they're everywhere. The staff here has been nothing but pleasant to me and my family. We have enough space for the three of us. Of course the kitchen is small- that comes with apartment living. But the appliances are new and very good. The grounds are kept nice, there is always a space for me to park by my building. We are near the grocery store, in the good school district, and near doctors and dentists. The pool and fitness areas are kept clean.
I'm not sure what the previous posts are about- I haven't seen any crime or drug deals going on. The neighborhood is nice, there are no thugs hanging around with guns or anything. Just regular people living their lives. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. I honestly have no complaints.
