I think that whoever wrote the review on August 13th either works here or is out of their mind. This place is a mess and everyone knows it. The place is not beautiful at all, it looks like crap half the time and the only place that looks somewhat ok is the front of the office. If this place is so great then why is everyone moving out. I know that there are at least 10 empty townhouses on one side of the complex. Don't waste your time or money. If you ever want to move out then they screw you on that too. I moved out a month early and they charged me $1500 to break the lease and then charged me $55 for painting, which is B.S. up since my apartment was "spotless" according to the manager when they did my final walk through. I also had to get the carpet cleaned when i moved out which was pointless since they went in to paint and had to have their own crew come in and clean the carpets after. What a waste of my time and money. Here is a list of problems I had that never got fixed in the four years I lived there.

- Front door never painted, only primed
- Refrigerator door shelves duct taped on
- Squirrels running around at all hours in the attic and scratching at the ceiling
- Sewer clean-out overflowed into front yard at least once a month leaving toilet paper and human waste
- Drains had a horrible smell coming from them, probably sewer gas
- Parking was a joke. Most times I had to park on the other side of the complex
- Hampton police always there for something
- I caught a peeping-tom(caught by police)looking in my neighbors windows on two separate occasions
- Lights always out near dumpster and back part of complex, very dark at night
- My wife had a ring that her grandmother gave her turn up missing after maintenance came in when we were not home
- My neighbor had a "swear jar" of money in the laundry room that had almost all the money missing after maintenance came in
- Shady people always hanging out
- Maintenance always had to come back multiple times to get things fixed correctly
- Everyone who worked in the office was a pain in the butt. They give everyone excuses and half the time they lie to your face
- Moats

I almost forgot... there is a really bad mold problem here. I had to constantly scrub the ceiling and walls in the upstairs bathroom since there was always black mold growing. I know at least 3 other people that had the same problem.

I think you are just an angry person and your angry at one of the management. This is just a way for you to get revenge. You know what I'm not the only person that thinks this place is great. It has great management and it takes time for things to get better after the old management leaves.

Hey, anonymous...have you been keeping up on the reviews of your beloved apartment complex you call home? Looks like I was right after all. Kensington Square sucks!
