I have only lived here for almost a year and have nothing but great things to say. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I had a problem they were over the next day to fix it. The parking is convienent and it really is not that hard to get a spot. All of the residents that I have had contact with are all very nice and helpful. Over the summer I heard very little noise - actually the noise I did hear was from the street. The maintenance staff is also friendly and helpful and they are constanly making sure that the lawns, shurbs and in the fall - cleaned and trimmed.
