I have lived here since 2002 and the office staff has always been helpful and friendly, but the apartments themselves need some upgrading. The rent continues to go up each year and frankly the townhouse that I live in is not worth the price I'm paying for it. There is also no storage space in the house which is a problem. Maintenance has still not fixed some things that were brought to their attention a year ago and the locks on the french door still do not have a key. I have enjoyed living here for the last 4 years since it met my needs for the most part but if I were staying in the area I would not renew my lease again. Good location, close to shopping.
