We have been short-term tenants at Kensington Square. Without Robin in the office and Marty to do maintenance, this would not be as nice a place as I've seen.
Those two people are who make this area a pleasurable environment. If you make a need known to Robin, without a doubt, Marty will show up before too many hours have passed and correct your problem or help you with something you need help with.
