Nothing but trouble

1. The office staff is good...they do what the owners dictate them to do. This stinks due to the owners only care about money. Which brings me to #2.
2. The owners only care about the bottom line. They want this place to make money and well frankly it is not going to if they don't clean it up.
3. Clean up the clients they rent to.
4. Insure the safety of their residents that pay big bucks to live here.
5. Insure safe parking for residents that are on the lease.
6. Kick out those that deal drugs...actually a group have just recently moved into a three bedroom town home across from me.

To insure the safety of myself and my children I have a dog. I am considering purchasing a gun and learning how to handle one. Something I thought I would never have to do.

Takes too long for them to fix anything. I have been complaining about the mold in my upper bathroom since I moved in and nothing has been done. I was told that the flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms was new when I signed the lease...it was a lie. I have continually asked for it to be replaced and nothing has been done except being told that there would be a charge.

There are squirrels in my ceiling digging their way through to my bedroom. There are some nights I do not get any sleep for all the noise they make. They still have not been removed.

Lawn Maintence blows the leaves into a pile and then never picks them up. There are still piles of brush in the back of our court yard from the Isabell that have not been cleaned up. When they trim the bushes they do it unevenly and then leave the branches laying all over your yard.

I have had three bikes taken off my patio...all locked up.

Parking is a night mare. When I work late and come home I have to park by the office and walk to my apartment. Mind you the light they have out in the parking lot is 90% of the time burned out or broken so it is pitch black out. Oh and the fixture on my back porch is broken and was told it would be replaced and has not been.

Need I go on....If I could move I would but getting out of the lease would cost me too much, even though I have found a house bigger and better for less than what I pay here!

The owners are just out for the money and use nice people in the office to do their dirty work because they are too chicken to do it themselves! Take out Robin and Craig and you can guarantee there will be a fuss from the residents.
