Never rent from this place. I am trying to move out and they didn't let me give my 30 days notice. I told them 2 times and they gave me no paperwork to sign, and now they are giving me grief over paying. I took a chance because the roommates I had wanted it and I have regretted it ever since. They don't repair anything that you tell them is wrong, after they told you they would. I had to park on the other side of the complex sometimes just to get a parking spot. In the upstairs master bedroom, the floor creaked badly enough to wake the whole house up. The sinks in the master bathroom would clog up after 1 week of use to the point of just giving you a dribble of water. They won't even look into it for you. Also there were animals in the ceiling that would get in through a hole in the roof. They didn't fix that either. Never ever stay here.
