1. Waterbugs who later become your tenants
2. Dirt all outside no grass
3. LAtch key kids running amuk
4. Leaves everywhere
5. Petes Towing WILL BREAK INTO YOUR CAR IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT REPAIRS TO THE RENTAL OFFICE> THEY AREIN CAHOOTS AND WILL HAVE YOUR CAR BROKEN INTO> TELL ME HOW THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE PERMIT PARKING BUT NO VISITORS SPOTS'''
6. Piece of ---- windows and doors. YOur inside will be colder than the outside
7. Other apts crap sitting in your toilet.
No grounds upkeep
8 OLD OLD OLD OLD Appliances
9 Loud ass neighbors
10. UNSAFE YOU STAND THE CHANCE OF GETTING RAPED ON YOUR WAY TO THE DUMPSTER
11. They put a security camara in the workout closet that has broken equipment but wont have surveillance in the parking lot when your car gets broken into by PETES TOWING (Check the police reports 766-1111)
12. This place aint worth it. I started suffering from depression from living here.
CALL YOUR REALTOR!!!! DONT RENT!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!
I would rather live in a shelter or and group home than stay here!
