I have live here for about 3 years and now I am moving!!! Before when Robin and Craig were here it was the greatest place.. And now with John and Barbara it has become HELL ON EARTH!!! They will not take the time to help out a tenet with problems. They tell you that they will send someone over to fix appliances and they never do.. They promise to call you back and never do if you call them back because THEY DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE!! And they are RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT HELPHUL IN THE SLIGHTEST BIT! You can hear the people above you everytime they move the floors creek really bad!! There is no lawn upkeep it is all dirt, and leaves everywhere WHAT AM I PAYING RENT FOR SO THEY CAN SIT IN THEIR OFFICE AND PLAY SOLITARE ALL DAY!!!!

Parking is a joke!!!!! They will come and tow people's cars at all hours of the day ESPICALLY MILITARY!!!! They don't care if you served and protected this great country they will charge you. I agree with the statement from the Person who commented before me.. They said...

"TELL ME HOW THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE PERMIT PARKING BUT NO VISITORS SPOTS'''"

ALSO HOW ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE PERMIT PARKING AND NOT MAKE PERMITS AVAILABLE AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY!!

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE TO RENT!! I say bring back Robin and Craig and FIRE Barbara and John THEY ARE A JOKE!! I can't wait until I move out next week...

CALL YOUR REALTOR!!!! DONT RENT!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

I argee to every word!!! you are sadly right!!! I wanna move too..they towed my car this morning... decal and all and i have to pay $150.00 to get it out
