I have only lived here for about a year and me and my husband had decided after 6 months that we were not renewing our lease. Let me begin by saying that from the day we moved in it took them 6 months to fix our water heater. The parking situation is ridiculous. They gave out parking stickers but that was a joke. I work until 6 and by the time I got home I had to park atleast 4 apartment complexes down and then walk to my apartment. The only good thing is that some of the neighbors are decent. Yet, I have one neighbor who stomps down their stairs so loud I can hear them and they slam their door so hard that it has opened our on numerous occasions. Overall, this was a bad first impression of Hampton for me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
