I am deployed in Iraq utilizing my Bank bill Payer to pay the rent, management lost my rent payment amd charged me late fees. The worst part was the just plain nasty attitue from Ms. Covington in the office, she refused to listen to me and hung up on me.
My power of attorney had to get a cashiers check for rent and late fees.

If you are military or support the soldiers who are deployed please do not support this property with your hard earned dollars.

Fitnut: If you are who I think you are, you were my upstairs neighbor...I have the little dog who loves to run out the door. I just moved to another complex....... It's one I can afford. The rent at Kensington is insanely outrageous!!! If I had known that rent goes up twice a year, I would have never moved there!!!
