The only good thing about this place is the street that leads you out of here! The trash compacters are always down, trash bags pile up to the top almost before anything gets half way done. The outside lighting is past a joke. It's very dangerous here at night. Parking is absolutly the worst. They spend money on having the apts sprayed with water pressure, yet they can't remodel. They spend money to have the dirt ran over by a mower without a blade, yet they can't fix anything. The mold in the bathrooms are upsetting. There has been more than enough "loose" residents in this complex than any decent resident should handle. Ms. Covington is crazy, mentally. Her disposition as a manager is awful. She is rude and unapproachable. Please do your self a favor (a BIG favor) and never come here. You will be wishing for the day you leave on the day you arrive.
