my husband and i have lived for almost a year now and i cant wait to get the hell out of this place. It seemed really nice the first few months but now, yea not so nice. Cant ever get anything fixed around here and if they do they half ass it and it just breaks down again. Management sucks and they are extremely rude. Actually a few weeks ago there was a incident with my upstairs neighbor and the one lady from the office came over and started running her mouth. She was cussing so loud my 2 yr old could here and i certainly dont appreciate that. So the owners will be hearing from me for certain. Theres mold all in the bathroom and when i approached management about it of course they did not a thing. I have two small children so its defiantly not safe. On several occasions the toilets have backed up with other people feces, so my apartment smelled for days. Finally after 3 times of trying to fix it they replaced the damn thing. And the water bugs. ABSOLUTLY disgusting. We get them inside our apartment and a few times ive found them actually in my sons crib. Ive mentioned this to management aswell and all they could say was "well theres nothing we can do" the hell theres nothing u cant do. I have not once seen them come over and spray for bugs or rake up the mulch that they are coming from. They treat their tenants like crap (they treat military worse). I would never recommend this place to anyone. Rent is absolutly insane. Its pretty BS that Im paying all this money for crap that never works and lazy management. Not to mention i cant even let my kids play outside because of the dog crap everywhere ( im not pointing any fingers here, but if we have rules about cleaning up our pets i would think management would have to have the same rules aswell). I could go on and on about how ------ this place is but all ill say now is dont ever rent from here biggest mistake you will ever make.
