This is my third year living here and things have gotten really bad. The new manager (the third one in two years) is really rude and gave me an attitude today because she didn't feel like calculating what I owed for the month. All that I wanted to do is pay my rent on time and she gives me an attitude. The buildings and sidewalks are falling into a state of disrepair and no one seems to care. It seems like every week we get another nasty letter from the management telling all of the tenants that there will be new fines enacted for practically nothing. This place may look good at first but, believe me, it is third rate. Look around Hampton or Newport News for a better bargain. There must be better bargains around here because I see many people moving out with few moving back in.
