Here are the top five reasons not to live here:
#5: The only way to know if maintenance has come is if there is a trail of muddy footprints through your living room.
#4: You will know that they are working on the roof if you look out your back window and see a Mexican man sitting in a chair from your patio furniture.
#3: You are sitting in your living room and hear a familiar scrapping noise thinking that the damn squirrels are in the walls again, only to look out your peep hole and see a woman scrapping the paint off the door. Oh, they are painting! Nice to know.
#2:You step outside your door to get the newspaper only to step on a nail that the roof workers left laying in the grass.
