I have had nothing but problems at kensington sqaure. DO NOT GO INTO THE OFFICE the managers are of no help and quite frankly one is evil, rude and so unprofessional. I have called many many times to try to get maintnance but no one answers the phone during business hours and dont return messages. Maintance has been out to fix my shower 3 times and its still not fixed (its been a month). The water is brown, the hottub is discusting and has dead bugs in it, 5 minuites of hot water, the bathrooms are moldy, piles of leaves everywhere which are from last fall, kids building bike jumps outside your window and there are plenty of water roaches. They also make it very hard for residents to move out with plenty of fee's. THERE IS A FEE FOR EVERYTHING! Please if you even consider living here (pls remember they do have a whopping 32% rating)READ EVERY SENTENCE OF THE LEASE!
