Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I lived in this complex for 2 years. When they switched management, everything went downhill. I lived on the ground floor and people would be right outside my window until all hours of the night, braiding hair, getting high, doing whatever. When i gave my notice to leave it was on the 2nd of the month with my rent. Months later i got a garnishment from the management company , stating i was evicted. They claimed to have no record of my notice even though i talked to the girl in the office. My air conditioning didn't work for 2 years, i had a flood in my bathroom because the toilet would not stop running,IT WAS A GHETTO MESS OUT THERE ALL THE TIME.
