Been here over a year and have only 1 problem. Security! I pay almost $1200 a month for a 2/2 in a gated community thinking the gate will give a little security. This may be true if it was actually closed. Most of the time it is broken and therefore open. When the fron gate is not open the back gate near the dumpster is open. That being said, What exactly is the point of the gate at all' It has given me NO security whatsoever. Especially since I went out to leave for work 2 mornings ago only to find that my car had been stolen right out of the parking lot in front of my apartment!

Gated is such a crock. I mean really don't you have cable t.v? If someone eally wants to break in they will. That measly gate is just another way to " raise the rent" petty thiefs normally walk any way. Those are the teens - young 20's . Your expectations are unrealistic. Stop paying $1200 month and get a house or move somewhere and save yourself some money!!
