Not a good place to live. I moved in August of 2004 and by December of 2004 I was ready to leave. The neighborhood is loud, the maintenance crew does not fix anything, and the rental office only wants your money. I've had maintenance out 4 times already for my downstairs bathroom flooding from using the portable washer in the kitchen. Whenever they come out to fix it, they try to tell me that the kitchen plumbing isn't connected to the bathroom!! If thats the case, why does it flood everytime I do laundry'! Don't move here, you will be extremely disappointed!
