The neighborhood was noisy and not that safe. I had to call the cops on many occasions due to fights and stolen property.I witnessed a fight of over 25 people. The maintenace crew could NOT fix anything. I had a leaking sink and they "fixed" it and 2 hours later my kitchen was flooded. I knew more about maintenance then they did. Too much money for a BAD apartment.... The staff are very rude and jut want your money..they charged me $140 to remove a sticker of the refirdgerator mind you the sticker was the size of a quarter...PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING THIS IS NOT I REPEAT NOT A GOOD SPOT FOR MY FELLOW BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN ARMS

lakeshore is by far the worst apartment complex that i have ever lived in!!!! i haven't even been here for a full year and my apartment has been broken into twice! maintenance is garbage!!!! the apartments suck!!!! when i moved in there was gunk and grime in the window sills. there were gaps in the floor where the floor and the walls connect so i had all kinds of bugs crawling in my house. the plug behind the refrigerator had no safety plate over the wires and i have reported it 3 times and they still haven't fixed it. there is a leak that is so bad in my bathroom, i caught ringworm from the nastiness. the people in the leasing office are rude and uncoroperative. they don't post your money orders or checks properly so it always seem like your behind until you show proof that you have paid them. after my house was broken into, i requested to have my locks changed and they told me that it would cost me $45 to have my locks changed. someone broke into my house and i had to pay. please don't ever move into lakeshore apartments!!!! they are the worst!!!!!
