Not bad for 830.00 (not to include you 60.00 dollar a month water bill because the toilet leaks and they can't fix it) per month is you don't mind. Well hell you just well pay a mortgage somewhere. TOOOOO many low class thugs and section 8 folks (and yes I am black). The manager Tawanda at Lakeshore projects constantly lies and a bit shady. The damn wall just fell down because the building is so old. Yeah they will give you a apartment is you got credit issues, but you will pay for it in the long run. I would rather rent from a private owner. LEAVE THESE PEOPLE ALONE!!!! I feel like I live in Harlem somewhere..the next thing you know they will be selling fish dinners on the corner right next to the so called laundry. Oh yeah no parking places, you just park anywhere. All the matinence staff is on crack, but have access to your apartment. What else.....man just leave them alone.
