I considered myself one of the lucky few with a $735.00 (plus $50 more for a 6 month lease), 2 bedroom, lakeside apartment, but I was wrong. The property is very old with linking ceilings, toilets running constantly, mold growing on the walls and ceiling, and odors of wet pets, urine and mildow. I have neighbors that complain of roaches and personally, I have seen many spiders and "waterbugs" falling from the holes in my ceilings. There are no assigned parking spaces, so usually I'm forced to park on the opposite side of the complex or along the curb hoping my car isn't vandelized or hit. The grounds are often trashed, but I blame the individuals who live here. They often throw loud parties and trash the neighborhood with beer bottles and opened trash bags that they are to lazy to place in the dumpsters. The rental office staff have been vary pleasent during my stay. Unfortuniately, the maintance department needs some serious training. To this day, after seven attempts, I am still waiting for them to fix my numerous maintance issues. Like I said I considered myself one of the lucky ones and for the most part I am...I only signed a six month lease and I only have two more months to go...
