-CRIME!:
Last Summer a few townhouses weren't burned to the ground. The occupants lost everything. It was eventually ruled as arson. Also, Last year, there was a man shot four times in our parking lot! Try to feel safe in a place like this!

-Never NEVER anywhere to park. And if you are lucky enough to find a place, people will park in the fire lanes (because they can't find anywhere either) which blocks you you in so you can't get out.

- One word: SPIDERS!!!

- The maintinence guys intentionally cut our cable without even a word of notice to me, or my husband, because of the way it was hanging outside (like that was our fault). We had to keep going between lakeshore, and cox, neither would claim responsibility. It was a huge mess! Not to mention, it was almost a month before it was fixed.

-The switch on our garbage disposal was shocking me whenever I flipped it on. We called maintinence, and all they told me was to make sure my hands were dry before I touched it. Thanks guys! (months later we did eventually get it replaced).

- Everything breaks: Our vertical blinds fall down all the time, both toilets have broken, when we moved in a window was cracked, the lock on our front door has been replaced so many times the door around the lock feels all "squishy", our keys only work 1/2 the time, and I'm sure it wouldn't be hard for someone to break in.

-Permanant mold in the bathrooms. No matter what product I use, or how hard I scrub, it won't come out.

-You can hear EVERYTHING that goes on around here. The place is poorly insulated: some tenants throw parties and you have drunk people running around the grounds being stupid, fighting and yelling.

-The bathtub in the apartment above us was so badly cracked that the water ran down causing our kitchen ceiling to leak in two places. I woke up one morning to water all over our kitchen! I called emergency maintinence, and the guy was really nice but didn't know what he was doing. He taped garbage bags over the holes for a temporary fix, but of course the tape didn't hold long with the weight of the water. They had to fix the upstairs apartment before they could fix my ceiling (understandable), but in the meantime I'm just screwed''

I can't wait to move! Save yourself the hassle, and don't fall for the cutsey model they have in the office, it's a lie!
