I moved in to Lakeshore in August 2008 and must say that the staff in the office is great! No matter my questions or concerns they are always willing to help. I moved into one of the renovated homes and have had minimal maintenance concerns. The repairs I did need could have been made a little quicker but they were taken care of.
The hallways are pretty dirty but most of that is due to the residents that live there.
